Success Enablers uses a structured four-stage 'QA2D' approach for developing courseware:

1. Quality Planning: Gather and understand customer needs, and plan for analysis, design and development.
2. Analysis: Create functional specifications that align with the audiences’ learning gaps and motivations to ensure the effectiveness of the courseware.
3. Design: Create a blueprint for instruction. This blueprint, called the Design Document, covers the training needs and design strategies – instructional, visual and technical.
4. Development: Construct the courseware using stringent project management methods and quality methods to ensure an error-free product.
